Jacques Coquillay (pastels)
Pastel artist and sculptor Jacques Coquillay was born June 3, 1935. He entered the Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Tours section sculpture.En 1958, he obtained the National Diploma in Sculpture. He is a student at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris in the atelier of Marcel Gimond. In 1960, he obtained the Higher Diploma Art Plastic 30-09-2009 (cum laude). On the death of Gimond he entered the workshop of Hubert Yencesse and Raymond Corbin. In 1961, he entered the contest Rome - Logistics.
