Terms of sale, deliveries

Terms of sale:

 

Prices are net and displayed in EURO, excluding transport costs. 

Dimensions are shown in centimetres.

The works are sold without a frame, except for works marked "Works sold framed".

The cost of transport is the responsibility of the buyer.

The exact price of the transport, you will be communicated by quote.

This price must include insurance.

 

The payment of the total amount of your purchase, as well as the transportation costs, are mandatory, before shipping.

For countries outside the European Community, import costs (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

1. Booking:

Your booking once received, you will be confirmed within 48 hours by e-mail as long as the work is available. 

As soon as we confirm, we invite you to make your payment within eight days, 

You can also, on request, book a Work, Furniture or Object for a period of 7 days without any commitment on your part. 

This time frame allows you to move around and thus appreciate for yourself the object in question.

2. Rules:

 

Payment of the total amount of your purchase as well as transportation costs are mandatory, before shipping.

We offer two ways of payment:

 

-Banking transfer:

(Our bank details will be communicated to you by email)

 

- By CB by contacting us beforehand

 

- Check Bank:

The cheque settlements must be made exclusively at the order of "Gallery of Crécy"

and addressed to: 6 road from Melun to Voulangis - 77580 Crécy La Chapelle - FRANCE

 

important:

In case of payment by cheque the issuance of the items may be deferred until the cashing,

and the establishment of a notice of fate.

 

You will be notified by e-mail, of its good reception.

 

3. Shipping / Delivery:

We deliver free of charge in the Paris region and the provinces within a radius of 200km,

beyond and around the world, we are asking for participation.

Our workshop carefully produces the packaging,

complying with the standards of carriers and insurers.

Shipments are handled by DHL, (or other depending on the destination).

Furniture and bulky items are shipped by carrier.

Shipments are carried out in all countries.

All the formalities are carried out by us.

The custemer undertakes, as soon as the parcel receives, to be aware of the condition of the package and to make reservations in case of damage. 

The Galerie de Crécy disclaims all responsibilities in the movement of goods, in case of damage, theft, loss etc. Only the transport company will be responsible.

4. Guarantees:

A detailed invoice is provided for each purchase.

For works of art a certificate of authenticity established by the artist or his rights holders will be attached to the invoice.
